Our guest speaker, Eileen Soisson, Director of Wall Fellows Program at Coastal Carolina University will present Building a Culture of Service Excellence in Higher Education.
Join us for an insightful session designed to establish a strong foundation for a service excellence initiative tailored to the higher education sector. This workshop will empower participants to articulate what service excellence means within the context of their institution, identify five essential delivery steps to uphold and elevate service standards, and demonstrate key service skills that enhance interactions to be faster, friendlier, and more user-friendly. Led by Eileen, the visionary behind Coastal Carolina University's "Feel the Teal" initiative, this session will also highlight best practices that can be easily integrated into your department, fostering a culture of exceptional service across your campus.
